Since its inception in 2021, the Environmental Department of Faizan Global Relief Foundation (FGRF) has been actively addressing the global climate emergency through impactful and sustainable initiatives.
To date, the department has facilitated the plantation of over 4 million trees across various areas of Karachi, including both shady and fruit-bearing species. In addition, four previously neglected parks have been fully restored and transformed into thriving green spaces for the community.

At FGRF, our mission goes beyond simply planting saplings, we are committed to nurturing them into fully grown trees. Our guiding principle is: Plant a sapling and grow a tree. To ensure the success of this mission, we have implemented a robust post-care system that supports the ongoing health and maintenance of each plantation until maturity.
Through collective action and environmental stewardship, FGRF continues to champion reforestation and urban greening efforts, contributing to a more sustainable and climate-resilient future for Pakistan and beyond.
Started its climatic emergency action from Karachi by collaborating with KMC in an initiative Green Karachi.
